Hi all,

We have a NV 713 running on solaris box. We had done a server migration of NV 713 from an existing system to a new one. And ran the reset_ci command from the /usr/OV/service directory. As the earlier Netview serevr was bound to a different IP address and Hostanme, it started working and has started functionally normally, except that the default map shows as read only map. When I start the netview from CLI I give netview –dconsole and it opens the default map which I have customized and it works properly , I saw some new machines discovered so when I tried to drag and drop the same to the map it said moves are not allowed onto the readonly map or snapshots. I checked the ovwls and saw all permissions are rw for default. I had saved some maps which I had created and opened them and they are very well editable and all. But the default its not possible. How to solve this?? How can I reedit or make this read-write map.

TIA

Regards,

Mithun Prabhu
