Has anyone ever experienced Netview object database corruption?

We have had a couple occurrences since we went to Netview 6.0.3 when a
field goes "missing" in an object. A database dump shows the field is
present in some of our objects but not in others.

We use the API to initialise and update fields in the object database.
The field that gets "lost" is initialised when we first create our
object database and from then on it is only ever read.

All of our programme specific fields are created via the field
registration files. We do not use the API to create or delete fields.

We're using Netview 6.0.3 on Compaq TRU 64 UNIX.
