If you aren't aware/familiar with the security eFix to trapd that's
included.  It takes varbind data from traps and prepends periods with
\'s (10\.3\.300\.3 for example) as well as any character included in
netnmrc.pre's declaration of AdditionalLegalTrapCharacters, and it
replaces all other non alpha-numeric characters with an _.

If you are processing traps with external scripts this issue may
impact you quite a bit.  Read the release notes for details, and what
sorts of sed commands can be used to clean up the sanitized trap
varbinds.
