I know the Xt warning message very well!
You have modified a file in /usr/OV/app-defaults/ that contains spaces after the word "False" (Probably OVw).
The 3 messages that you posted indicate there is 1 extra space in the first and second case and 4 extra spaces in the 3rd case.
You cannot have spaces after the Boolean value!
"False " and "False " are not valid Boolean values.
Been there, done that. :)
I'm not sure this is severe to be causing the "ovw: Cannot open map." problem.
