Hi Alberto,
I don't think this should be a "heavy answer". You get the 7.1.2 CD. Check
whether any Op Sys pre-reqs have changed (don't THINK they did with Solaris).
You install the Tivoli NetView Framework patch upgrade 5.x/6.x -> 7.x.
You backup your existing 6.0.2 NetView from the Maintain menu on serversetup.
You install the NetView 7.1.2 server update. That should upgrade your code
and restore all your configuration automatically from the backup you took.
If you have the NetView database portion, install the upgrade for that.
Install the V7 Books. Check the Install manual and Release Notes for any
details I've forgotten, but that's the gist of it.
I've done it many times - should be easy.
