When you say the router configs are identical, does that imply they have the
same interface addresses? Its one thing to have a "parallel" config where the
interfaces are similar in addressing scheme and its another to have identical
configs (which cannot participate in the same networks). If the configs are
"parallel" then the sysname can be unique on both routers.
