Sorry,

I got it .....

just an error in my command (forgot the '.' at the very beginning of the oid
and it replied "no MIB objects contained under subtree.") This message was
confusing me.

Bernard.

Hello list,

AIX 4.3.3 Netview 7.1.1

I would like to retrieve data in SNMPv2 in a script. With version 1, this was
faily trivial thanks to the commands 'snmpget' and 'snmpwalk'. How can I do
this in version 2 ?

Thanks in advance,

Bernard Baudoux,
Fortis Banque.
