We are planning to install NV 7.1 on a new system.  In the past we have
always installed Tivoli Framework because it was required, but we never used
it.  My understanding from the docs of Netview 7.1, we no longer have to
install Framework just to use Netview correct?  Now we should be able to
install from one CD, the Netview v7.1 CD?

Also, from what I gather, we should be able to simply tar off our current
Netview 6.01 database from our old server and move it to the new install of
v7.1 and then un-pax the database... Is this correct?
