I can't divine if you want the Forewardall.rs to send to TEC or some
other "other location."  If you want the all to go to TEC,
unfortunately one of the limitations of the internal TEC adapter is
that only one ruleset can be activated to it.  Hence if you need to
send things to two different TEC servers, I believe you're stuck
abandoning the internal TEC adapter. 

To do what you propose would involve using Action nodes with a simple
script that does a postemsg .
