You can bypass the map all together.  just go to a command line where you 
are root and type in  the word  "  xnmtrap " .
That's the same GUI.

Hi, aix 4.3.3 netview 7.1

i can't have acces to the modify bouton in option/event configuration/trap
customisation SNMP even i'am root and i try to start netview in -dconsole
option, my map is in read-only.

it-is posible that someone else is log as root in netview and is why i 
can't
have acces to the modifiy bouton ?

does anyone has a solution
