What is MLM?

I was able to get standard v1 trap working, but not standard v2 trap.

The NetView server does, yes. 

The MLM does not.   If you deploy MLM's, you would have to set the
trap destination on your snmpv2 devices to send back to the server,
bypassing the MLM.
