Have you taken some measures to prevent the rediscovery?
I mean in your seedfile. Until you do, it will continue to be discovered.

We changed ip address and node name for two foreign locations.  I have
deleted the objects from the database, but they keep reappearing on the new
holding area.  I have also deleted the object from map.  Where else should
they be deleted??  By the way I used the ovtopofix -r ###### to delete
object from database.
I'm using Netview 7.1 on NT.
