Jesus,

Do you have SNMP access to that firewall from the NetView server?   If that
box is building the MIB2 table properly, you could have a script called
that does an snmpget to the MIB for the IP address and generates a new
trap.   You could call this script from the NetView trap settings passing
it the varbind that holds the ifIndex.   That script should only be 3 or 4
lines.
