Um, I may be confused, but I wasn't aware NETMON deleted unmanaged nodes. I
have many, many unmanaged nodes....

The only time I ever ran into Netmon deleting nodes was the automatic
removal of unmanaged nodes.  I would make sure everything is managed
especially the subnet of where I am placing the node.   Just a thought.
