Upgrading NetView 5.x to 6.02

Subject: Upgrading NetView 5.x to 6.02

To upgrade from NetView 5.1 to 6.0.2, is it necessary to first upgrade to
NetView 6.0 and then to 6.02?  Or is it possible to upgrade straight to
6.0.2?
Also, will a custom database and maps be upgraded automatically or will
they have to be rebuilt?
