Luigino,

To create and modigy user profiles, you use the    cpe    (command profile 
editor) on the NMC Server.  Type in   cpe
Enter your NetView id and password and you will see the command profile editor.

You can create many profiles and Operators.  Once you save and close, the 
profiles are active immediately.
