I am running NetView 6.0.1 on AIX 4.3.2

I installed TIPN (Tivoli Integration Pack for NetView) version 6.0 and the
installation went fine. At the end of the install I stopped all of the daemons
from smitty and attempted to restart them in the same manner.  I get the
following errors:

portmap is already running
Starting Tivoli NetView daemons :
ovspmd: exec(/usr/OV/bin/apcovd /usr/OV/bin/apcovd): No such file or directory
