The SMARTS product is called INCHARGE. It is a ROOT-CAUSE application and
does not produce reports. The integration with NetView is accomplished by an
adapter. The products integrate well, but it is not recommended that you run
them on the same machine. If you are looking for Root-Cause, INCHARGE is
your product (www.smarts.com), but if you are looking for historical
performance data and fault information, check out Entuity's product Eye of
The Storm (EoTS). The EoTS (www.entuity.com) has a reporting center. Good

Just wanted to find out if anyone has any experience with Smarts?  What
do you think about the product?  How well does it integrate with NV 6.0.1
on AIX?  Can reports created using this product be displayed via the web?
What was the customization process like?  Anything you can share will be
