Yes and no.  You can get the timestamp that was on the trap when it was
sent with $T.  But that is not he time you see in the trapd.log nor in the
evnt window.
Trapd.log shows you the time he got and processed it, the event window
shows his time, and the trapd time as "logged time".  $T would be the time
netmon sent the event, in hundredths of a second since he was last started.
Not very useful.
