RDBMS setup from serversetup & smit

Subject: RDBMS setup from serversetup & smit

Is it just me being blind or am I correct in thinking that you can ONLY
configure NetView to use an RDBMS from the Tivoli Desktop.  Neither smit
nor serversetup seem to have these options.....
