Greg, as we experienced, netmon will discover all routers & networks on the
"way" to the final seed-node

Betreff: [NV-L] Unwanted Discovery

I am running Netview v5.1.3 on AIX 4.3.2. I have "Discover New Nodes"
turned off and have a seed file setup for netmon discovery. I have a Bay
router  and its interfaces getting discovered that is not in my seed file,
also there are no address ranges used in the seed file. How else could or
would netmon discover this router ?
