Can't be done.  All those are fixed in header files compiled into the product.
And even if a new one were added by us,  we'd still have to change the compare
logic in various parts of the product.

Sorry, but this kind of customization isn't supported.  All you cn change is the
colors

Has anyone added a new Severity to the Events Application?
for example: Informational.
I know how to add a new Category, but I need to add a new Severity, and
have
it displayed with a new unique color on the card.
I also need to make this new severity available to the Override function
in the ruleset editor.
