I have no idea what could be wrong but there should be a tecad_nv6k.err file you
could look at.  You could also just try running /usr/OV/bin/teacd_nv6k from the
command line and see if you get a better error indication.

Subject:  [NV-L] Netview 6.0 and tecad_nv6k





I just upgraded to Netview 6.0 (on AIX 4.3.2), and tecad_nv6k stopped
working.  An ovstatus shows that it is NOT_RUNNING, with a last message of
"Init Completed" and and exit status of exit(1).

Any ideas what may break this during the 6.0 upgrade, or at least where to
look for more information (logs, etc)?
