Have you run  "/usr/OV/bin/nvtecia -reload" so that the forwarding ruleset
is read by the event adapter?

Unless something has changed in NV6 you don't need interconnection between
the TMR's.

Subject:  Forwarding traps to TEC




I have a NetView v6.0 Server on unixsvr (in its own TMR) and I am trying
to forward traps to ntsvr (in its own TMR).  My tecint.conf seems OK:-

/usr/OV/conf/tecint.conf:-

ServerLocation=ntsvr
TecRuleName=forwardall.rs

however wtdumprl reveals nothing received.

(I have compiled and loaded nvserverd.rls and nvserverd.baroc on ntsvr).

The only thing which I can think of is that there is no interconnection
between the TMRs.  Any ideas?
