Don't know if Cisco has a MIB variable in the proprietary MIBs to pull the
log. I know there's nothing in MIB2 that does this. Another approach would
be to use syslog. The command on the router is logging ip_addr where ip_addr
is the address of your syslog server. If your using AIX, you have the syslog
server fucntionality built into the OS. Have a look at /etc/syslog.conf. All
log messages for the routers logging to the syslog server are written to the
same file on the syslog server. You can write scriptes to parse out the
syslog file and do what you want with it.
