Karsten,
I don't know if this particular situation works... but be aware of the
fact that NetView NT can send about 10 times more events than the TEC can
receive... so that unless you filter your events very carefully... you'll
end up backing up the TEC quite a bit.

And... if you put both packages on the same platform... they'll be competing
for the same resources.
