What does the description field for the MIB variable say it is?
You can find that in the MIB Browser with the Describe button.
Or you can view the actual file and search for words like reboot.

====================================================================
Greetings. I am currently running NT 4.0 SP4 NetView 5.1.1. We do not
have
a version of Compaq Insight Manager that runs on this platform and I need
the ability to reboot a Compaq server via an snmpset command. Contained
within the "cpqsinfo.mib" definition is a variable named "cpqSiReboot".
I'm
wondering if this is the variable that will trigger a reboot. Can someone
point me in the correct direction to solve this problem?
