Actually, it's

SQL Server 7.0 SP1
3.6.1-TMF-0002, 3.6.1-TMF-0032, 3.6.1-TMF-0049, (supersedes all previous
patches), 3.6.1-TEC-0009, 3.6.1-INV-0018 (which supersedes 0013)

Or just get TEC and INV 3.6.2

THIS IS ALL A MOOT POINT, however!

The question is, will NV for NT 5.1.x or 6.0 support SQL Server 7.0 and
IIS 4.0? The SQL Server database is used for storing events. The
NT NV 5.1.x product does not require or use Framework (unlike the UNIX
product), nor does it use RIM, unless you're using the database
modules. (Which are integrated into the NT product, and don't appear to
use RIM from what I can tell. Granted I haven't tested it!)
