TIPN Network Diagnostics for NetView Server

Hi all

I'm having a problem with my TIPN Network Diagnostics for NetView Server
installation.
I've installed the TIPN patch, then the Network Diagnostics module on AIX
4.2.1and NetView 5.1.1
When I try to install the Network Diag for NetView Server, the installation
blocks/hangs when it reaches "Pushing/Unpacking Files: Client Database"

Did anyone experience this ?
