Optivity 8.1 gives you all kinds of error messages and in my case caused me
to be unable to log in as root do to some ksh changes that are invoked by
the .profile on my machine.  Optivity also post messages that 4.3 is not
support.

Personal I would not try it, unless you are will to turn Optivity off.
