You can use smitty nv6000 & tivoli commands to achieve the goal. It is not
clear enough
to use scripts, no matter in the Tivoli's Netview Installation &
Configuration Guide or
TME10 NetView V5R1 for UNIX Release Notes.

NetView migration steps:

Server
1. shutdown NetView - Server & Client

Backup for Migration and Deinstall NetView
2. Backup files - /usr/OV/ALL
3. Deinstall Netview

Install
4. Install the NetView Framework patch & NetView Patch
5. Making the Server a Managed Resource -> tivoli
6. Install NetView Server
7. Startup NetView

Client

1. Making the Client a Managed Resource -> tivoli

Backup for migration and Deinstall NetView
2. Backup files - /usr/OV/ALL
3. Deinstall NetView Client

Install
4. Install NetView Client
5. Configure a server to allow client access
6. Configure a client to access a server
7. Install trapgend on a client machine
8. Startup NetView Client
