I'm looking for detailed information on external interfaces to Clarify
products. In particular, I am looking for
either an API or Command Line Interface (CLI) to the ClearHelp application.
I need to generate tickets  from NV events/traps into ClearHelp and want to
fold, either via scripting or compiled API program, auto ticketing into
actions attached to NV events/traps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  ;-)
