I used to run a Netview Demo for Windows NT. Now I am trying to install TME
10/Netview on an RS/6000 PowerPC running AIX and I am having problems. I
would be glad if someone could help-me.

What I did and what happened
----------------------------

I followed the installation process, beginning with the installation of the
TME Framework. When I tried to install Netview Server 5.1, the installation
program told me I need to install NVTMP311 patch first.

When I tried to install this patch, which I guess is the same as
"TME 10 NetView Framework Patch 5.0 to 5.1", I got the following error
list:

Unless you cancel, the following operations will be executed:
  For the machines in the independent class:
    hosts(netview)

  For the machines in the aix4-r1 class:

   netview already has the Binaries installed (from netview).
   need to copy the architecture specific Server Database to:
         netview:/var/spool/Tivoli/netview.db
