Reading your post closer, you may have been talking about the NT SNMP
Service (in otherwords the agent).

It's

Control Panel -> Network

Then select the SNMP Service and Click the Properties button.   There
will be fields for the Trap Destination.     (These are actually written
to the registry.   I don't know the keys off the top of my head, but you
can also configure it will regedit).
