At ftp://ftp.isi.edu/mib/ there are two files with synoptics in the
name.   They both contain trap definitions, so you should be able to run
the mib2trap utility against them, after you loaded them.

Otherwise, you're going to have to go to www.nortelnetworks.com and see
if they have it archived.   I've gone to this site before and found it
to be somewhat difficult to find older MIBs.
