Does anyone know where the map settings for IPMAP are kept?

I set the "Should IP Map override user symbols customization" setting to FALSE
from the Describe Map menu for IPMAP configuration.
However, sometimes it reverts back to TRUE.

I know that the default settings for IPMAP are in the registration files, but
specifically where is the info kept for each map? In the /usr/OV/databases
directory?

We are using NetView for AIX ver. 4.1.
