CPUs Usage didn't show up?

Dear All:
How's going recently?
I have a problem with clicking "Monitor-->System-->CPUs(or the other
items)"
and there's nothing appeared on the Pop-Up windows.The window's  status bar
showed that "No table information returned from /usr/ov/bin/mibtable.exe"
Could anyone tell me how to solve this problem and how to use the
mibtable.exe
command (because I don't understand the meaning when typing mibtable.exe /?
under command line)?
