The lpp is on all the OS CD's you listed.
In smit  should come to a menu where the last item in menu says something
like "Install all updates"  that the action you need to take to fine the
files.

Sorry, not in front of AIX machine at this time.

  Environment: Hardware : IBM RS6000 200mhz 128 mb ram
               OS       : AIX 4.3.2

  Software:  Framework 3.6
             Netview 5.1


  problem:  Netview installation fail,
            missing :  bos.loc.pc_compat.en_US
                       bsl.en_US.pc.loc


  investigation: I searched the sets of OS release :  4.3 , 4.15 , 2.1
                 none of these CDs list the missing packages.

              The netview manual mention these packages as requirement.
              but does not mention if they are part of other
              packages/files.


  your help in getting this matter resolved is greatly appreciated.
