When you get it to fire you will see. The trap contains the name of the
variable that the policy is monitoring, as well as the value and the
threshold you set. There is the 'description' field as well, which allows
you to append more information to the end of the event in case you
want to do some post-processing or deal with it in a ruleset.

I'm slightly confused about what trap definitions I have to make here....

I've created an arm trap as follows..
        Enterprise: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.12.5.1 (MLM_Threshold) Generic: 6
Specific:1002

I *was* going to create a rearm trap with Specific number 1003, are you
saying that I should leave the Rearm trap at its defaults (Specific Trap 2)
i.e
        Enterprise: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.12.5.1 (MLM_Threshold) Generic: 6
Specific:2

If so, how does NetView know that the re-arm trap is to be applied to a
specific policy icon ?
