I customise the trap in NetView to set the Event Log Message format to include
$* - this then prints all the variables that come in on the trap - from memory,
it will show the trap variable position as [1] etc, as you mentioned, followed
by the variable type and value. Once you can see what the varbins ARE on the
trap, then you can hopefully work out which are the useful ones and re-customise
your trap again.
