Those collections can be viewed off of your root submap. The icon will look
like a little file folder.
To edit those collections, choose Tools...Collection Editor.
I also recommend reading the NetView Mid Level Managers users guide and the
NetView administrators guide on these subjects. You simply cannot
succesfully take full advantage of these features without reading these
manuals. If you don't have the hardcopies they are loaded on the NetView
CD.
