     I'm very new in this forum and you won't probably like my solution.
There is a flat file /usr/OV/conf/snmpCol.conf where all collections and
expressions are defined. This file is modified by xnmcollect (a NetView
window). I don't know if it's safe to modify it "by hand" but maybe it's a
sloution for you. I never did it.

  I want to collect data using an Expression.
  From   "Data Collection and Thresholds"  I click on Add button and get
the MIB Object Selection page.
  Here I've the possibility to choose between MIB Object and Expression.
  If I choose Expression I get only three choice but I haven't the
possibility to add one.

  How can I add my own Expression ?
