There are a few things that you have to identify yourself.
Catalyst-5500s come to mind.

For something like SCO... you'll have to do the following:
  a) Use your MIB-browser to get the actual OID off the device
(since NetView has the strange habit of changing the OID
to a strange oid number if it doesn't understand the
one given in the MIB-II sysObjectID string).
  b) Add the oid to \usr\OV\conf\oid_to_type
  c) Add the oid to \usr\OV\conf\C\oid_to_sym
  d) Delete the device, and have it re-discovered.

Note: You can always add your own icons for a SCO.. but then you'll
also have to change the \usr\OV\symbols\C\(something) file, and
edit your own bitmaps. A-D should get you far enough for now.

We have 1 SCO unix box that is not be identified correctly as far as the
snmp agent object. Has anyone run across this and what did you do?
