Could this possibly be a name resolution problem?  Try
rnetstat -I to check your assumptions about addresses.

Ping is working fine on both interfaces. Traceroute works great.
Remember, its only with the NT servers that have two interfaces, not HP
and Sun boxes in the same subnets. And also to be remembered is that my
other netview (which is placed in a remote location to these servers)
is able to snmpwalk (MIB Browse) both the interfaces.
This is so weird.....
And unfortunately I don't have a sniffer.
