Hi All,

We are running our Netview server on an RS/6000 F50 and Remedy ARS on an
RS/6000 E30.  Remedy ARS passes traps (a.k.a. Auto-IR's) from the E30 to
the F50.  We've previously (a very long time ago) had both software
packages running on one server (which worked fine) and would like to do
this once again.  Unfortunately, during our tests to integrate the two
products onto one server, the traps/auto-ir's are not being raised
anymore.
Does anybody have suggestions on what the problem could be ???
