Change the permissions on /usr/OV/sockets/dynamic and it should work.

I did a "Clear Databases" -> "Clear Topology databases (completely)"
After this, when I issue nvwebstart I get a message:
"Syntax error on line 283 of /usr/OV/web/httpd/conf/httpd.conf"
"Need read/write/exec permission for the "dynamic" dir"

I definitely did not change any files in /usr/OV/web...

I am running Netview5.0 on AIX4.2

Any suggestions would be appreciated
