After you set up tivoli, you can start the tivoli desktop from a managed node,
that is what we are using.

run the following command at the command prompt:

wsetadmin -l userid@node root-TMRNODE

the user id is the one you are going to be using as an administrator and the
node is the box that is the managed node. The TMRNODE is the tmr region
name:::::
