Concerning your point number 2, I have the same problem. The only way that
I found to fix this situation is to use a very high resolution; something
like 1280x1024 pixels. Of course the fonts get very small and is hard to
use the workstation for anything else than Netview web browsing. I tried on
a PC with a better video card than mine and it seems to do a better job; at
least it displays the map properly.
        If you find some other way to fix this problem please let me know.
