I don't think this will work.  Unless thinmgs have dramatically changed and
I am unaware of them, netview AT tivoli DOT com is not an email address which is
monitored for opening Support calls. It is the id where you send your
suggestions for future product enhancements.  You generally will not
receive anything back except a note that your suggestions was received.
