Fellow NetView experts,


I have a situation where netmon cannot start via ovstart.. I can however
start it manually from the commandline.  ovstart starts everything but
netmon. ovstart netmon cannot start it either. OVSUF etc is fine.  Trapd
is not storing events to ODBC..

Im using 5.1 with SQL Server on NT. Has anyone seen such an issue
before? Any fixes you had used?
